My peeps!<br><br>
Back from Michigan. Unfortunately there wasn't much time left over for 30s meet and greets because of my massive family and the gratuitous driving that needed to be done.<br><br>
The game was pretty good. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Smile"> I don't think we'll be invited back.<br><br>
Work is really busy, so I've missed lots of posts. Hopefully I'll get some time to dig into the RR forum and catch up on the weekend racers.<br><br>
Rich has been working really hard to bomb-proof the place in his spare moments. Tough job trying to do that stuff at the end of a long day at work, so once again, THANK YOU FOR YOUR EFFORTS!!!!<br><br><b>KP/Tonya</b> - Thanks for trying!<br><br><b>Kath</b> - Next time for sure!

Busy morning at work, haven't had much of a chance to post lately.<br><br>
Reading <b>PhillyTom's</b> post was like having a conversation with my son. I am still trying to figure out what they hell he said.<br><br>
Day 2 of week 6 tonight. Looks like it will be on the dreadmill again, cloudy and looks like rain. Already looking ahead for more running programs. Any suggestions?

Hang in there <b>Ramsey,</b> hope things get better. I don't think it will help, but I was where you were the beginning of my vacation last week. Was very worried we wouldn't be making it to our anniversary this Friday.<br><br>

Bella and I did our 2.5 mile run today. She did better and worse. She pulled more in the beginning this time because it wasn't so new to her anymore and there was no fear but she stopped that after a bit and this time was able to run a little further adn wasn't as pooped at the end. Speaking of poop, that was the only stop we had to make. I had to drag her a couple times as she wanted to go on people's lawns but I found a no residential patch for her. lol I'm sure the temperature helped her not be so worn out. I tried to give her water from a water bottle but she wouldn't do it but headed straight for the water bowl on the way home.<br><br>
Would have loved to drop her off and go back out for a few more miles since its beautiful ou there but I have a drs appt later so I couldn't take too long of a lunch.<br><br>
I'm sooooo thrilled fall is on its way. This is my favorite time of year and favorite weather!

Sorry to hear about your troubles, <b>Ramsey</b>. That sucks. Seriously. I'm not sure what else to say.<br><br>
I know there's more I wanted to say...sorry, I'm kind of out of it.<br><br>
I've been having foot issues lately. I went to the doc on Monday, and he said it might be the early stages of a stress fracture, or it could just be ligament inflamation. He also said that if it doesn't bother me running (which it doesn't), it's OK to continue, but to dial way back if it gets any worse. Right now it falls way below the threshold of typical running aches and pains, but it's in an unusual spot, so I got a little worried. I'm keeping an eye on it. That said, I've gotten out for some good runs lately. We'll see how this goes. It's actually already much better than it was a week ago.<br><br>
I'm tired....is it Friday yet? I need a Friday. In more ways than one....
