Work is still crazy. I didn't have time to so much as peek in here today. Getting things accomplished, though, so I'm not as stressed as I could be.<br><br><b>Tim-</b> that was a powerful story. My BiL used to be a DJ for my hometown radio station, which was owned for years by a local family. I read this much and I immediately had to flip back a page to look at the pic. You can imagine my disappointment when I came back and read the next line.. "Those were our passes" <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/confused.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Confused"><br><br>
Anyway, I just came back from my run. Plan was 8-9, but I didn't quite do that much. I ran with my neighbor who doesn't run that far. But he's quite a bit faster than me, so running with him pushes me and I still got a really good workout. Ended with 6.6 miles at a 8:05 pace. I'll take it.<br><br>
Also, I'm thrilled because this run finally pushed my overall pace for the year down to 9:00. I had been stuck at 9:01 for eons. I've done 943 miles in 5d 21h 35m 02s. Maybe in another eon I can get the pace down to 8:59...<br><br>
