My peeps!<br><br>
Back from Michigan. Unfortunately there wasn't much time left over for 30s meet and greets because of my massive family and the gratuitous driving that needed to be done.<br><br>
The game was pretty good. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Smile"> I don't think we'll be invited back.<br><br>
Work is really busy, so I've missed lots of posts. Hopefully I'll get some time to dig into the RR forum and catch up on the weekend racers.<br><br>
Rich has been working really hard to bomb-proof the place in his spare moments. Tough job trying to do that stuff at the end of a long day at work, so once again, THANK YOU FOR YOUR EFFORTS!!!!<br><br><b>KP/Tonya</b> - Thanks for trying!<br><br><b>Kath</b> - Next time for sure!

Hi all quick post from my phone. I just need to vent a bit. So far this week has sucked. It got horrible on Sunday and has not improved. Half my family is not talking to me, when KR has been up my home internet has been down, and my run tonight was so horrible I might not even log it as a run.<br><br>

I just got back from 3 easy miles at the track after taking 3 days off in a row from running. It felt good running again after taking some extra time.

Getting ready to head out with the pup. Drinking some wake up juice (hi <b>Scratch</b>). Yesterday, it wasn't dark but it wasn't light when I got to the trail where I run Hank at a hair before 7.<br>
Gah.<br>
Good news is it is 47 degrees this morning. Oh yeah. Fall running is here!<br>
Meeting today. Looking forward to meeting with Molly. She is amazing. I got dog boots for Hank yesterday from Cabellas in the mail.. and uh, he just brought the bag of them to me. Someone want to tell me how he knew they were his?? I love this critter!!!!

i'm taking the day off. i've been hoping to do a three-run week to get to the point that i can add an additional day. if all goes as planned, i'll take pup for a run while DS is in boy scouts tomorrow night. hopefully it'll be cool. this morning feels like FALL.<br><br>

Got in my 2 walked on the TM last night. No pain, which is good. Well, had a little pain in the left knee when, due to the storm outside and the flickering power, the TM stopped and I.. uh.. didn't stop as fast... <img alt="" src="http://www.coolrunning.com/forums/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;"><br>

Good morning! Glad to see we're back up. I have 10 more minutes to myself before I awaken DD for her first day at preschool. Not much on the books today, just some gym time. Tomorrow I meet an old high school friend who'll be in town for a nice 6M run.<br><br>

I haven't had my coffee yet so this will be short! We had th windows open last night and it was heavenly. I didn't want to get up this morning!<br><br>
At lunch today I plan on taking Bella for a 2 miler. I have to get my butt in gear with my running schedule soon. I've been slacking really bad. I've barely been doing 2 runs a week! Hopefully the cooler weather will help me get motivated.<br><ul><li><b>kini</b>- hang in there!</li>

Morning all.<br><br>
Last night was back to school night for DD1. It was nice to meet her 1st grade teacher and see some of the other parents.<br><br>
Semi-short day for me today. DD2 gets out of school early today. We're off to my Uncle's house tonight for dinner with the family for the Jewish holiday.<br><br>
Tomorrow all the kids are off school. It's DD1's birthday tomorrow. She'll be 7. So we're having another big family dinner. Although this one is out. She chose the Melting Pot (a fondue style restaurant.)<br><br>
The kids are off Friday too (in service day.)<br><br>
I plan on 7 miles this afternoon.<br><br>

Was at work late last night because of meetings so I basically went home and planted my butt on the couch! Apparently the stress level and insanity we have been dealing with at work is nothing compared to what is about to happen! Good times!!!!<br><br><b>Kini</b> hang in there kiddo! Quick fly-by for me, since I shouldn't be posting at work any more. I hope everybody is doing well, and my best wishes to you if you're not...<br><br>
Eek, Maggie and I are having our apartment painted this week, and our place is an absolute mess! Our closets have all been emptied out, and everything we own is in piles in the middle of the rooms with tarps over them. What a nightmare!<br><br>
Well, back to work. I'll check in this evening. Keeping my fingers crossed that KR will still be functioning then...

Crappy run this morning. Bagged my planned workout and forced four miles. Need sleep. Need to hydrate better during the day.<br><br><b>Duck</b> - sorry we couldn't hook up this trip. There is a good chance that 2008 might find T and I visiting the Eugene area.<br><br>
Normal day at work for me, but then I have an appointment this evening to have some color added to my leg.

Got in 12 last night General Aerobic. While I never felt super comfortable (my right foot seemed to be hitting heavy) my pace was way better than it has been and I finished in 1:51:27. The weather was cool (mid 50s) and the sun was shining. It was a pretty day and I was happy to pass people <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Very Happy"><br><br>
This morning I got up for a recovery 5. I took the dog with. It was colder, upper 30s or so. We did 3.3 together, a little bit of GallowDogWalking. 2 pee breaks, 1 poop break, and 2 walk breaks (all for her). Since she hasn't run more than 0.8 since April or so. It was also the first long sleeve day in a real long time.<br><br><b>Kini</b> - hang in there. Sorry to hear that you are having family issues<br><br><b>Bob</b> - I hate messes like that. It would drive me crazy (like britney sings). What colors did you guys pick?
