Got another 4 miles in this morning. It was cold and windy! About 40*F I reckon. Interesting running here. Just different surroundings.<br><br>

Just got back from 5.6 miles, around 3.8 of it at tempo pace. Love this cool weather except I need to get some good gloves for this. My hands felt like meatsicles by the end.<br><br>
Don't know what it is, but I felt really good out there this morning running.

Hey folks!!! (yawn) I am so tired! Didn't get home frm the stinking rotten Eagles game till about 1am. The highlight of the game? I saw the chick who won Dancing With The Stars the first time (and is also on General Hospital), she was on the sideline. I really think she has got ot be one of the most beautiful women on the planet!!! Yes, that was the highlight!!!<br><br>

Good morning! It will be another busy day, so I thought I'd get my hellos in now. No running today, but I will get in a walk at lunch since I'll need to go out for it.<br><br><b>Scratch-</b> I can sympathize with the problems you've been having with your hands on these chilly mornings. The cool weather triggers Raynaud's attacks for me. My hands were cold and achy nearly the entire way on my 11.5 mi run on Saturday, so much so that I was wishing I had my gloves on.<br><br>

As im handing out good and healing vibes, can I get some my way. My FIL went to the hospital last night with symptoms of vomitting ( sorry ), high fever, sweats and the shakes. Havent heard any updates as of this morning so not sure what is going on.<br><br>

Hey, I have <a href="http://web.mac.com/lis.beth/iWeb/Site/costumes.html" target="_blank">some pics of the costumes</a> I'm doing for the show. You can also see the set. Disregard the pink dress on the thin woman and yellow jackets; I've replaced them for more appropriate pieces last minute. I did get my yellow slickers! And I had a very 50s pale pink dress at home, which I altered to fit this actress the other night. It looks much better.
