I posted this last night, but for those who don't go back to find out what I added late night...<img alt="wink.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/wink.gif">...I met a woman this weekend who mentioned she was doing a tri; somehow she got around to suggesting I train for one coming up on September 2. <i>Eek!</i><br><br>
But <b>Lori's</b> tri was quite the inspiration, and everyone's doing it these days, so...I did a bike/run combo last night (30 min on stationary bike at hotel, 4 mile run). I'm not committing to <b>nothing!</b> quite yet.<br><br>
Anyhow, will check back in later if my work schedule goes as I hope it does (plenty of slack time available!)<br><br>
