Good morning and hello weekend! DH leaves for New Zealand today for the week. Today is rest day, but I'll be meeting up with Heather tomorrow for a run. I'm going to drop the two munchkins at my moms tonight and have a night off and completely alone. Can't wait. Anywho, looks like Litch really needed coffee this morning ... Sugust ... anyone else catch that? <lol>

I do love Moe's description. I think we should use it. Now, if we could only come up with a fun name. I've completely exhausted my brain trying to come up with something. I've got nothing.

Stay cool today!
Hats off to anyone who is running in this yuck today! I don't even want to go outside.

I'm running a 2M Doggie Dash in two weeks in Reading. It does sound like fun, doesn't it?

I think I would have cut my run short, too! What a morning. It can only go up from here.

A huge Congratulations to you Mary!!
Have fun Bob! I've got some stuff I can send you if you want it.

Heather and I had a good run this morning. Glad to make it Heather! It was so good to meet you. I look forward to more runs together.

Not much on the books for today. I'll be taking the girls to a birthday party and then probably watching a movie tonight on the home theater.
Way to go Korbel! Can't wait to read your race report.

Diane: Hope your leg feels better.

Nettie: You too, take care of that stomach.

I'm new to this running stuff ... what exactly is recovery type food? I mean, I eat healthily, but I don't follow any specific running diets or anything. Please educate me.
