Today's 6 miler at 7:30 AM was cool and comfortable. 55F at the start and 60F at the end. Gorgeous sunny skies. 74F and 48% humidity right now. I'm just back in from a 36 mile bike ride with my neighbor. He's a semi-retired 53 year old dentist with a $2000+ bike. I'm a fully employed 42 year old geek with a 19 year old vintage steel Trek. Didn't matter, we had a great ride. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Smile">
