I'm not sure why we're getting such great weather in July, but I'll take it! Another 55-60F morning here, great 5 miles in already. Feel like I'm finally over the cold and can get back in a groove - hopefully.<br><br><b>Theia</b> - congrats to your DH, and can't wait to see what kind of hardware you come home with today!<br><br><b>Heather</b> - 1) ouch - sunburn behind your knees! 2) you're not finished with the book yet?<br><br><b>Kris</b> may you retain your sanity with orientation...who are worse though the kids or the helicopter parents?<br><br><i>Saint Ralph</i> - loved it. Far-fetched yes, but still great story.<br><br>

<b>QOD</b> - stride first, then other things, espcecially if they are female. Stride especially at races. Ann, Kath, and I saw a woman at the Pig who was not small and was literally running on her toes - her heel never hit the ground!<br><br><b>Flem</b> - thanks for creeping me out as well with the snake pic. geez!<br><br><b>Maria</b> - what a cutie!!!!!
