Sorry, Auntie Moe, but you get the award for most unintentionally funny post.

Hey everyone,
Not sure what is on tap for me today, but it promises to be a great weekend, with humidity levels finally dropping and temps in the 70s. I plan to do loads of outdoor stuff, both with the kids and without.

The Dog Pee Catching story last night reminded me of when DD was 3 and her pediatrician wanted to do a urinalysis as part of her regular check up. We got the little cup to take home. DH was home with her the next day and said, "Macy, I need you to pee in this cup." She looked at him like he had 3 heads, and he tried to explain why and how. Finally he said, "It might even be fun." And she just shook her head and said, "No thank you, Daddy. I don't think I want to have fun with that." We never did get that set of tests run.

QOD: Dry sense of humor is a must. I have to say, though, that DH's is so dry that sometimes even I don't know when he is kidding. Smart and kind and all that. I've tended to date guys with dark hair/eyes, and DH fits that. I finally saw a picture of his ex-wife a few months ago, and no one can accuse him of sticking to type. Other than she and I being around the same height, there's nothing we had in common, looks-wise.

Have to run. Back later!
