Hrm.. everyone must be sleeping in or getting their runs out of the way. I have 10M today. Unfortunately, it is going to be on the TM, since it's going to be raining all day. Meh!

Nice job bob and cindi!!!

I just finished a hilly 5 miles around the 'hood. Felt great to be out there and moving. 'cause I won't be moving the rest of the day

Yay! Nice work Bob and Cindi!! Although I hope Cindi's shin did not flare up - 4:08 is not the time she was shooting for.

Thanks guys. I felt pretty good. I'm happy to get in under 4:00.

Yeah, Cindi didn't have the race she wanted. But she hung in and got it done.

I'll write more when I'm at a computer instead of my iPhone. I just took a brief nap, and now it's time for beer and greasy food...

Hi all - first off, congrats boB & Cindi! Hope you all are recovering well right now - can't wait to hear more about it.

Not much really so far this weekend fitness-wise. I may go around and take a walk around the nabe after doing some more work on the extended winter cleaning binge I've been on lately.

10 mile run done for me this morning. It was slow and soggy, but I feel pretty good now that I've warmed up. I guess I might be getting better at this whole hydration thing!

Managed to piss off my back (feels like sacrum, L1,3&4 for those of you who know that stuff. I know cause those are the ones he manipulates most often) this afternoon. and Have a chiro appmt tomorrow, so yay for them being shoved back, but jeez. I really just want this to go away.

Cindi and I are at the post-race party at the Clinton Library. They've got quite a spread here. All the food and beer (and Jello shots!) you can handle. This party is really helping me give this race a thumb's up on MarathonGuide...

Great job boB & Cindi!!!!!! High fives and cheers to you both!!

We just spent some time chatting up an inebriated Bart Yasso. That was fun.
