<p>Up bright and early for a quick 5 miler.  Was hoping for longer, but the office beckons me early this morning.</p>

<p><strong>KP</strong> - you are knocking those workouts out well these days!</p>

<p><strong>Cindi and BoB</strong> - more good luck and kick @ass marathon vibes coming your way.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>I ran 10 yesterday with 4 at tempo.  It was COLD and I did not hit my paces, but I was glad to have gotten the workout down.  With the slippery surfaces and my head cold, I hadn't done any speedy stuff in a couple weeks. </p>

<p>I am SO excited to run this weekend.  For anyone tracking, it looks like they do results on onlineraceresults - i can't remember if that also posts updates throughout or just final results.  I'm lucky number 304.</p>

<br><br><p>Same here. 5 on the tm. Nothing speedy. My hip aches a bit, so I'm happy just to get through it.</p>

<p>3.5 on the indoor track with J.   A bit of a struggle, but it's done.   5 miles on tap for the morning, but it will be <em><span style="text-decoration:underline;">outside</span></em>!!!</p>

<p>I did some hills this morning.  Icy and cold, but done!</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Tomorrow is the annual Louisbourg Slush Run.  It's a 5 miler.  It looks like it'll be a nice day so I'm planning on taking the girls in the Chariot to see if I can get a stroller PR. </p>

<p>Think Ill go out for another lunch time walk today. Might walk the mile down to Subway, eat, and then walk back. Not sure what im doing this weekend activity wise. May try to get a short run in and soem saddle time on the road bike. Thinking ill sign up for a local 5k thats the first weekend in April and then an 8k in May. I havent ran either distance in a long time, especialy the 8k.</p>

<p>Good morning kids.  I ran 25 minutes before work this morning.  Still chugging along with the pre-one hour runner program runs.  I made up my mind today to go ahead and sign up for our local 10k. </p>
<p> </p>
<p>This morning's run is the first time, in a long time......that I felt that itch to get serious with my running again.  I hope the feeling lasts. <span><img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"></span></p>

<p>I have got to find something new for my workouts.  I just don't feel the love for my bowflex type clone that I have at the house.  It is about five years old and takes up gobs of room as well.  I am sure there are a few more sleek units available these days.  There has to be heh. No I do not want to join a gym.  I'm going to research online for another home workout machine.  Also I need a good ab workout machine that will give a good balanced workout. So I will hopefully be looking around online today for those two.</p>

<p>Afternoon all!  Have been in meeting hell since arriving at the office this morning, after working up until 11:00 pm last night.  Momma!!!   Really needed some miles this morning so I got up and met with my downtown bridges crew for an easy 6.3 miles and a gorgeous sky full of light and sun.   Love the early morning light these days!! </p>

You don't need an ab workout machine, seriously ...planks do wonders and require zero equipment, can be done nekkid if you so desire   <span><img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"></span></p>

<p>Still no running here, most fitness is 30-45 mins every night with the foam roller.  Back is feeling much better, hope to start running again maybe next week.</p>
