<p>I did my first run outside in Ohio this year.</p>

<p>Easy on the legs but I wasn't used to the ups and downs. </p>

<p>Planning on running a 5k tomorrow afternoon to see if I can get down around 6 minute pace</p>
<p>and to break in a pair of Kinvaras I got last fall. They are supposed to be a lightweight trainer</p>
<p>but I bought them as racing flats.</p>
