Hi Liam. A little perspective for you: your little return-to-running pace is my dream pace. So be happy where you are. :)

5.5 miles early this morning. Looks like it's going to be another successful 40+ mile week. I'm very pleased.

Go racers! Happy weekend, all.

Hey Opie, I was wondering if and when you were back from your cruise... hope you had a great time!

Cute moose pictures, Ericka. We saw a bunny scramble across the street last night. Definitely a sign of spring here.

As like last weekend, I have 12-14 miles on tap for today. Usually I do my long runs by myself, but today I'm meeting the ladies I'm running the More half, so it should be interesting at best to run so long without music or zoning out to the company of just myself. It's going to be sunny and in the upper 30s/low 40s at 10am, IRC for sure.

Oops, it's Sunday, enough chatter here....
