3.19 Time for a run Saturday

<p>20 moh alone this morning.   8:20 avg pace.  Goal was 8:15-8:30 so turned out okay.  Started at 5:30 and finished just after sunrise.</p>

<p>5 hour lunch and shopping therapy with and for the dw this afternoon.  The 20 was easier.</p>
