<p>Nice runs, ladies. I got in a nice one myself. I did 3x1 mile repeats in 7:38, 7:27, 7:24. Not too shabby for me. I normally don't do anythign speedy on Fridays, but my schedule is going ot be a bit out of whack this weekend. I won't have time for a long run tomorrow (maybe nothing at all), so I figured if I don't run long on Saturday, I can do a little more on Friday.
