<p>FO - I used to travel Neb, Iowa, Missouri, MN, and Dakotas.  Been to Kearney many times.</p>

<p>Rest day today except for yard work after church.</p>

<p>I tried to gain a half hour this morning but hit the snooze so I lost the whole hour.</p>
<p>I'll work on that the next couple days. </p>

<p>Todays plan was a medium effort run.  Kept steady until about 6 when I was feeling good</p>
<p>and running up on the console.  I increased the incline from 2% to 2.5% for about 12 minutes as I was going</p>
<p>through my progression.  Heartrate averaged a little over 80%.  Felt so good, I decided to go 9 miles</p>
<p>so I ran the last mile in 6:33 @ 2% incline.  66:38 total time.</p>

<p>That looks like fun HappyFeat.  One of my favorite runs is a hilly 10 miler.</p>
