Nice run on dawn patrol, KS!

Erika - I've been noticing how well your running has been this year. You're looking so strong! You're gonna rawk that marathon this Spring. Reminds me of me about 3 yrs ago. Alas, I've lost about 20-30 sec/mile since then.

No, that was either a misprint or misread. I missed the BQ by 5 minutes (4 - if you allow me the 59 second grace period.) I ran the Hyannis Marathon on Cape Cod. Conditions were reasonable for winter, but could have been better (less windage in the 2nd half.) Somehow news about rolling registration for Boston took the pressure off. I knew going into it I wasn't going to beat the qualifying time by much, if at all.

Opie, you are handling this setback so much better than I could. I have to hand it to you. I hate crosstraining, but you with your yoga, biking, lifting, you'll come out of this stronger than before.

Yay, HappyFeat! Good run yesterday.

OM - good for you for listening to your body and taking a rest when it needs it. That's the difference between a newbie and an experienced runnah.

That said, I took a rest from running today and spent over an hour in the gym working my core and lower body. Will go MLR tomorrow.
