Week 21 : It's a girl!<br><br><img alt="" src="http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h16/kriskelvin/ultrasound21wk1.jpg" style="border:0px solid;"><br><br>
Hard to get photos of her-- she's very active! The ultrasound tech said she moved around more than almost any baby she's ever seen. That's similar to past ultrasounds. I knew she danced in there-- I can feel it when I'm running. See, she likes to exercise, too <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br><br>
I guess I'll hear in a few days whether everything is normal, but I did see all her limbs and her heart, etc.<br><br>
DH thinks he can already tell she has his nose in the ultrasound. He was cute looking at the screen. We can only hope that she inherits his nose, not mine. His eyesight and a little bit of his height would be nice too. <img alt="wink.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/wink.gif"><br><br>
It was tres cool to see the spinal cord, and ribs, and little femur. OMG she's grown so fast it's hard to believe she's in me!<br><br><img alt="banana.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/banana.gif"> She's so precious! Y'all should have seen her move around and hide from the photos. It was at 147 beats per minute today. It was cool to see all 4 chambers of her heart!<br><br>

Yeah, we'll have a boy's name on the back burner in case. They are never 100%. But unless I find out differently, I'm going to trust that it's right and that I'm having a baby girl!

I told my DH before the ultrasound that I had the PRT vote (their guesses) and girl was ahead, and he said, "Why not, it's a democracy." <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"> But looks like PRT was right.

No, I knew they weren't 100% <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"> And as I said in my gender guessing post, we were about 50/50 either way so we aren't set on one.<br><br>
Still, it's most likely a girl because of the degree of development.<br>
The stats I'm reading are that after week 20 ultrasound accuracy is over 95% if the tech actually saw the genitalia (didn't just assume because she didn't see a penis.) which mine actually did. <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">
