My gym will be packed beyond belief on Monday, but last year the resolutionists were all gone by the 15th.

I don't make particular resolutions, but this year I travelled a ton and let it interfere with my fitness regimen. It was an excuse, not a reason. I'd like to get really fit, more than running fit, the first three months of 2011.

We'll see how it goes.

The gym will be very packed the first two to three weeks and then by February 1 we should be back to normal. I'm going to work on getting some more strength conditioning group exercises in (3x week) and work on more speed drills with shorter running distances.

I'm sticking with 5k, 10k and half marathons. San Francisco has the honor of being the last marathon for me (July, 2010).

I've already seen the resolutionists at the gym. Every time I was there this week (which was every day), I saw people taking the tour and signing papers.

Should be crowded next week. But that will slow down in a month or so.

I don't really have any resolutions. I just resolve to keep fit and keep running. Don't know yet if I'll get back to half marathons or just stick with 10ks.

I have a few wishes and dreams mostly for my kids. My wish for DD is that when she graduates college in the spring, that she finds a good job that has benefits, especially health insurance. My wish for DS is for his transition from Marine to student goes smoothly and that he does well in college. If things go as planned, both kids will live within 50 miles of us, which will be wonderful.

My wish for my parents and my FIL is good health and happy lives.

I also have a wish for my good buddy that after her temporary civil service job ends, she finds a permanent one very soon.

Exercise more regularly. Try to keep the house more in order and less cluttered. Hoping 2011 is a better year, there have been a lot of ups and downs in 2010, more downs than I would care to experience again :(

this year I have decided to implement the practice of making reso-fails instead. I.E. lock keys in car at least 1x per month, lose credit card, get speeding ticket, etc.

It's much better to end up pleasantly surprised than horribly disappointed. I would urge others to do the same.

This is the first year in about 4 that I will have somewhat of a normal schedule. I want to start running again and I would like to do Dam 2 Dam. I've already resolved to improve my German by registering for German Language classes. I want to try to make the most of this year in everything I do - including spending as much time as I can with my kids.

No resolutions. But, I am participating in a 60 day Paleo/ Crossfit challenge with the people from my crossfit box. One of my goals is to stay healthy enough to run NYC in November. My major goals are th be able to do kipping pullups and start the handstand push up process (do one with weights) by the end of the year.

Other than that, just keep on keepin on.

Also, floss every day, and leave no clothes on the floor.

I'd like to find a nice balance between working on self improvement and accepting myself the way I am.
