I for one am excited about 2011. The majority of the events I am running, leading up to July are FREE!

Well, the entrance fees are $0, but I do have to spend money on gas, supplies and an occasional hotel room.

Kettle Moraine is my goal event for the first half of the year and I am tossing around the idea in my head of which race to tackle. The 100K or 100M(again).

After July, I may concentrate on shorter distances or just train and enjoy the rest of the summer.

Also, if any of you live in or around the Illinois area, do check out this ultraseries of events.
