And I do mean "we".

I'd like to keep brainstorming funding ideas.

I'd like to get some more training programs out there, something fun like a base building / spring training one.

I'd like to pick up on Altoids idea and get something going for the Starting Gate

I'd like to see more cross-pollinization so that we don't get silos. The VRAA is a great way to do that, but maybe there are other ways.

zazzle.com has custom running shirts, i bought one from there, they are pretty nice, they are not cheap, but i bet some people would buy them with a kickrunners logo on it. Look at the shirts the 30's had for Philly. I wonder how much those cost?

Cafepress.com has mousepads and coffee mugs which may be a good little item for people to buy with the logo on it.

I am working on the cookbook through that site Adam posted. It is a long process and we still need A LOT more recipes to add to it. I am working on the bare bones first. It is going to take time, but hopefully i can get it together in the next few weeks.

We could use the IRC chatrooms to have a live chat with a trainer.
Use the rooms for scheduled chats on specific topics, or even weekly or monthly moderators meetings.
Those rooms are also a good way to keep from having silos.

Well, we could set destination races and have a senior member be the "sponsor / coach / trainer".

We could have one a quarter, not all have to be marathons. For example, dam to dam, or The Crim.

Set up a forum or sub forum and really talk it up among all other fora. Set it up well enough ahead, like 6-8 months, and work it. Training plans for newbies, follow-ups etc.

Could also bring us some exposure if we get a banner and a booth or something.
