I like it, Tim. A supported long (and I do mean long) run. Congrats on your distance PR. You have a rock solid base to add to for your Boston training.

Well that sure was a different kind of race. And there are no DNF's!! Sounds like you enjoyed yourself.
Love the pictures and description of events.
Thanks Tim

Tim, glad you enjoyed it. For the full ultra experience, Dan needs to get a little more organized and have volunteers with the food out on the course, and lots of it. Congrats!

What a way to do your first ultra... don't let your body know what's coming until it's too late!

Congratulations, Tim. Speedy healing to you now.

Hi Tim,

I liked your pictures! Sounds like you had a fun time and you ran a very long way after just racing a marathon the other week. You're really ready for Boston now .

Thanks for sharing,

The photos are wonderful, looks like a beautiful day... back in 2005? Hmmm...
Sometimes the best runs are the ones that take us by surprise. Sounds like this was one of those time. Congrats on the Ultra distance, especially when the "plan" (such as it was) was 18 miles!
