I have been working with (as her strength & conditioning coach) an athlete who has been bitten by the ultra bug. She's done Boston, 2/50milers and completed her 1st 100 this July.
She now wants to do the Keys 100 next year and then repeat the 100 miler she did this year which is held mid-August next year.
I told her I didn't think that was enough time to fully recover from the Keys 100.
