<p><strong>Not fun:</strong> Sleepily dragging myself to bed last night, only to find out that Pippin had apparently hurled in it while I was in the shower a few hours before, and of course, everything had soaked through all layers. (thank goodness I have a waterproof lining on the mattress for just such occasions.) There's nothing like having to change out stinky bedding and start laundry when you want to be asleep. Grr. </p>

<p><strong>Fun:</strong> A former co-worker is driving to the office today with her two little ones. She's delivering orders of Girl Scout Cookies, and I shall have thin mints before the day is over! I'm really excited about seeing my friend, though. In the past year, something has clicked, and she and her hubby have really gotten into fitness and eating better. She's dropped a crazy amount of weight. Enough to where I recognize her if I hadn't already seen pictures. I can't wait for the shock effect to be spread around work when they see my friend for the first time in a few years.
