Hi all - got in 6.4 miles in SF yesterday, 9 miles of on-foot propulsion altogether

I forgot my watch, so I lugged my cell phone along with me and got to use the Handy Runner app in earnest for the first time. Best thing is it uploads your workout to Runningahead.com in an instant. Not so good is the course it maps out (with it being GPS, it's got similar issues in the city like my Garmin - it looks like I'm a drunken sailor out there crashing into buildings and splashing into waterways). Also wielding a somewhat clunky cell phone (especially to check how far you are into the run) while running isn't terribly the most graceful thing around.
Is it Nevada? Let me think on it. But I know one of my local friends who is doing all 50 states did it last year and I guess it was a lot of fun - and definitely one you do without family.

That would be the E.T. Full Moon Midnight Marathon - unfortunately for boB, he's already covered Nevada with the Vegas Marathon.

Actually, I wouldn't mind running this myself, since I've never raced in NV before.

Hugs to the injured, sore and/or just plain a little tired, and good workouts to you all
