Last Sunday I had a sledding accident and thought I broke a rib. After a day in the ER, I found out it was not a break, but everything hurt(breathing, coughing moving) Yesterday things felt a lot better and then this afternoon I was finally able to go out and RUN. <img alt="banana.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/banana.gif"> I decided that I would just run as long as it didn't hurt and I ended up gettng my whole 10 miles in.<br><br>
I can't believe how antsy I was getting after just a week off.
