i'm ready for it! can't wait...

nervous and excited to get going...

scared about the inevitable pain and soreness but i will deal with it.

i have bumps underneath the skin on the knee... i think it's scar tissue and i'm supposed to rub on it to work the "bumps" out... it's so gross... the worst sensation ever... it's like a pebble rubbing against my broken kneecap. yuck!

i hear the first appt is short and mostly just assessment.
wish me luck!

Catrinka...ask them about the graston technique...they're surgical steel tools used by a sports chiro or someone qualified to break up scar tissue.

The only reason I'm mentioning it is b/c when I get grastoned (yes-it HURTS) it feels like there is gravel UNDER my skin...kinda like what you are describing. But...it heals you in a jiffy! Bruises. Worth the cost. Actually...my insurance pays.
