And the race is on between FO and Johnny.   Wonder what odds Vegas is giving?</p>

<p>Got my run in last night.  2 mi warm up; 5 mile mp goal pace of 6:50-55, cool down for total of 8 miles.  Tempo miles were 6:44 to 6:58.  First 3 against 20 mph wind and last 2 with the wind.   I had to cheat as I should have had one more ez day before doing this run.  Stopped at 2.25, 3:25, and 4 miles for 15 secs to let my heart rate unspike.  All in all a satsifactory workout.<br><br>
6 ez miles this morning with some on dirt.  Probably run about 3 more tonight.<br><br>

<p>Hi gang - 5 miles on the TM for me tonight, followed by more primering of those dang cabinets - the faces of the doors tonight.  If I keep after it, I'll be ready for final paint on Sunday.</p>
