I'm having a brain fart first thing. Posted fitness here, but it should be the fun thread. Not that fitness isn't fun.
 
Never mind. I need to eat something and be awake a while longer to be coherent.

Morning all.
 
Fun...I put in my cement pad this afternoon...I know that it doesn't sound like much fun but I enjoy doing projects.
 
Not fun...trouble with my DS last night. He didn't come home, was extremely disrespectful to both my wife and I. I put a block on his phone. Let's see how he likes running his own life for awhile.

That does suck Torque. Our DS threw some majah attitude on Wednesday night. Not fun.

Count me in on the parenting fun. 
 
On Monday, DS (11yo) didn't come home after school by the time I told him to be home (4:30). He didn't have his cell phone with him so I wasn't exactly sure where he was. It was getting dark, and it was raining, and they were on bikes - I was trying not to freak out. After calling back and forth with his afterschool buddy's mom, he finally showed up at QUARTER TO SIX!

I've got nuthin' since I don't have kids, but wow. I don't remember giving my parents too much trouble until I was in college, then it was more "I've been making my own rules for the last nine months and now I have a CURFEW???" kind of thing. 
 
I realize I might have missed this since I haven't been around too much lately, but are we thinking about possibly doing the Holiday card exchange again for anyone who's interested? If so, I am definitely IN. I know it might seem a bit early, but I'm living in Holiday card/wrap/ribbon world right now at work, and it made me think of it. <img alt="" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/cool.gif" title="">

Hi all -
 
Almost got into two accidents on the way in this morning, Including one where I actually had to drive off of the road to avoid the other car. the other one I anly had to to slam the brakes. Got my anti lock brakes to actually skid. And work has been kicking my ass. And the Rangers played like crap last night. 
 
I need a beer.

Went to the chiro this morning. I feel better but like I've been run over by a truck at the same time, which is going to make hauling glaze stuff around interesting. Maybe I'll just take Gus for a walk first.

Speaking of accidents...crazy one on campus yesterday, right outside my building:

Lovely night with The Guy last night. We ended up ordering Chinese food and watching TV, but it was sooooo night to just spend some down time with him.
 
Dreary day here. I want to go see a friend of mine play tonight but I'm disinclined to go alone. Tomw is puppy pick up! Then I'm going to see Willy Wonka at the Club, and then onto a "Steampunk" themed party, which I may or may not dress for.
 
Sun is brunch, then the open house for that house I posted yday, then Open Studios in Roslindale (next to my 'hood).
