I'm running a half marathon in the spring, but am going to take JC's advice and ramp up my mileage before I undertake training for this thing.<br><br>
So, I'm going to do the 10K program for now.<br><br>
Thanks for writing these, JC, as they look manageable and don't make the task seem so daunting.<br><br>
I am one who needs a training plan to stick with, so this will be great for me!

Currently training for a sub-40 10K.<br><br>
Given that my last 10K came in at 45 (two weeks ago), I think I'll be hard pressed, but I've got a month and a half.<br><br>
I just need to find hills at my new apartment- that made all the difference in my training for the last race.<br><img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/banana.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="banana">
