Everyone or most everyone says you shouldn't increase your mileage by more then 10%. Ok, I decided I will increase my mileage 10% a week. Guess what if I am running 2 miles now, in a year I will be running 284 miles.<br><br>

yeah, as long as you take every 3rd or 4th week off. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Smile">
