<span style="font-family:'Times New Roman';"><span style="font-size:medium;">Good morning, everyone.</span></span><br><br><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman';"><span style="font-size:medium;">This weekend has been a good one for me, running wise. Friday, I got my first 1.25 miles run since being benched. Saturday, I bumped it up to 2.0 miles, and did a repeat on Sunday. Today is a rest day, and I try again tomorrow. I’m so psyched, that I am on the borderline of going ahead and registering for the GA ING half marathon, even though it's 11.1 miles further than I'm capable of running, at the moment! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Smile"></span></span><br><br><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman';"><span style="font-size:medium;">Though I will admit.... my quads / thigh muscles are rather not happy with me now. Oof oof! However, as pointed out by another poster...... they'll get over it <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Smile"></span></span><br><br><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman';"><span style="font-size:medium;">Looks like a lot of other folks had some good runs this weekend, too!</span></span><br><br><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman';"><span style="font-size:medium;">Otherwise, I got nada, this early in the morning. Time to find some breakfast!</span></span>
