Nicely done boys.

2000m in the fishbowl. About a minute slower than Sunday, but seeing I was just kinda splish splashing around, I'll take it. Although, I am 15 weeks out from my first tri of the season. I probably better start getting serious.

Morning all and happy belated Chances.

I'm in an all-day system design session today, so no midday run. Plus we started at 8am, so no opportunity to get out ahead of the work day. 6-7 easy after work.

Due to the amount of time I had to run I only got in 5.25 miles. Totals were 5.35 in 44:42(8:31). Even though the first mile was over 9 min pace the rest of the run felt really good. First really good run like this in a while.
