<p>Morning all.  I'll start with nothing much.   Will walk for about 45 mins tonight trying to push the pace a bit.<br><br>
Have to take my dd car back to the shop this morning.  It looks great but the door doesn't open every time.  Linkage must have been knocked loose or bent or..........<br><br>

So I was disappointed when I could only manage two miles today. I was hoping for a lot more.</p>

<p>Hi Johnny! I can sympathize...gave up on orthotics a couple of years back after two tries that didn't help one bit.  I stick now to Superfeet with a variety of metatarsal pads, heel inserts etc.</p>

<p>KS.... my DH is heavily into fly-fishing and frequents several sites.  A couple of years ago we realized that one of his "imaginary" friends has an office just down the hall from MCSolar.  Small world, eh?</p>

<p>Johnny - sorry about the orthotics.  I got some of them high dollar one when I was having problems.  Didn't help.  Took 'em out and a new pair of shoes fixed me right up.   Of course; they do work for some other folk.  Hang in there.</p>
