Good mornin everyone - woke up bright and early this Friday (thought it was race day for a bit heh) and now am at Oakland ready to head to C-bus via PHX.<br><br>

<p>It's Friday, that's fun!  DH is taking the girls to his parent's for the night so I can focus on getting our bedroom painted.  I think I'll just do the taping tonight then curl up and enjoy a movie.  Then I'll get at it in the morning.  I'm looking forward to it, it'll make our room look so much nicer!</p>

<p>Fun: haircut today (finally!)</p>
<p>Tonight: Girls night to celebrate/mourn with a friend who's divorce was finalized last week.  Last time I went out with these ladies, the owner of the restaurant came and sat with us for awhile because he could hear us laughing from the kitchen. </p>

<p>so when I got home last night a new face popped out of one of the stalls in the barn so we now have a little man named Ike.  He's in his 20's and a permanent fixture and as far as we know has no known medical problems. </p>

<p>I still miss seeing Calvin's face when I come home but it will be nice that there is another stall filled and another horse get's a home instead of going to the glue factory. </p>

<p>Amy, have fun tonight.  I never even thought about having a divorce party/celebration.  I guess because mine was amicable, it didn't seem necessary.</p>

<p>Fun:  I dunno...busy weekend of theatre work, meetings for 2 different upcoming shows I'm costuming, plus actually working on costumes for Midsummer, plus prep for a photoshoot I'm styling on Monday, which we're costuming in real victorian pieces, which may or may not fit/disintegrate our model.  Plus social stuff, although I'm keeping some of it to a minimum.</p>

<p>Was worried that <strong>Moonie</strong> was going to be delayed out of PHX but he emailed to say he is already boarding so looks like he will be on-time after all. Phew!  </p>

<p> Aaaaaand he is delayed after all.  *sigh*  Officially by 1 hour so far, potentally more, hoping for less (it's a crew issue not a plane issue at this point).</p>

<p>No school for my kids today so I took the day off.  Made a big brunch and now it's time to do some serious housework.    It's not exactly fun but it is needed and I know I will feel better once it is done. </p>
