Good job, Kath. I just cannot tolerate the TM for anything more than 4-5 miles these days. Bleh.

I'm still trying to shake off this cold, which moved into my stomach last night too. Yesterday I taught Spinning -- my first workout in four days (I ended up skipping Thursday's, Friday's, and Saturday's workouts because I felt so awful). Spinning almost killed me. My legs were F R I E D for the rest of the day...

... and this morning! Boot camp was inside because of icy roads, which was good because I definitely would have been bringing up the rear this morning. Some motivator I am! During our third mile this morning, I had to walk for a minute because my legs and lungs were on fire. (In my defense, we had run a mile, done 6 sets of stairs and 20 pushups, run another mile, done about 60 walking lunges, and then run another half mile or so before I had to slow down. But still.)

Happy Monday, all.

Just saw Maria's post. I'm so jealous of your consistency with yoga. That's the one thing I always say I'm going to do, but never actually get to. In fact, I looked for an early class tonight (I have a 7 p.m. meeting), but none of the local studios have a class that'll work for me. Bleh again.
