2 days in a row!

I ended up "forcing" myself to get out for a 4.35 mile run this morning. Average pace was 10:09. Average temp was 75 feels like 75, 91% humidity at 5:30 in the morning. Ugh.

Have a good day and I am hoping to get back in the routine of posting here!

Nice runs yesterday everyone!

Morning FB & Mom. Nice jobs getting out there in the slop today

I had intentions of running right after work today, but I had to stop by the store for DW, then I ran into an old friend there, now its late and hot. TM to the rescue. Kinda sucks since I really wanted to do all my speed sessions outdoors this time around. Oh well. Smart Coach is calling for 2x1600 @ 6:51 pace w/ 800 recoveries

Last night's run went well. We added an addition to the group, and we still had plenty of brews. Vast array last night... ShockTop, Land Shark, Big Flats, Rolling Rock, Fat Tire, and Yuengling. Oh yea, we ran (hashed) 4 miles too.

Nice job folks, I scaled back the medium long run to 10 miles. It was low 50s and overcast with no humidity. IN MY DREAMS, actually another godawful slog in my permanently damp sneakers.

FB - nice job on the consecutive days

Great news yesterday, 4boys - at least you got something in

BBS - sounds like fun, good luck with the TM speedwork.

Ran to the the gym. Ran with some buddies. Ran home. 9 miles or so. Had to ditch the shirt since zrun pointed out it was nasty. 84F and 74F dew point. Then the sun came out. Like running in a swamp.

zrun - LOL on the weather. Multiple shoes come in handy...

BBS - Enjoy the smart workout. Quite a mixed bag on the Hash... Yuengling? Isn't that hot tea?

4boysmom - I find that it takes a few miles to get going and after 5 it doesn't get any worse. OK, that's a lie. Maybe.

FB - Same thing I said for 4boysmom. Get to 5 miles and it's heavenly.

ETA: I ditched the track workout last night. 24 mph winds, 100F with 70F dew point. Hmm... less than ideal conditions.

Mornin peeps,

Steam bath here too...we got up to 103 at one point yesterday (higher than expected) and it's looking like 2 more days of that are in store.

Elliptical again last night. That's been the pattern this week, elliptical one night, walk/run the next. So I'm due for another combo walk/run this evening, looks like it may finally drop into the 80s after dark. I'm off work tomorrow, heading up to Philly for the weekend but I'm pretty sure the weather is no different there.

Nice running all, dealing with this heatwave. I love summer but this is ridiculous.

Wow. Feel bad for everyone dealing with this heat. Idaho's been pretty warm, but dry.

But I'm not there anyway. Sitting in a soulless high-rise in West LA for the day trying to resolve a case with an opposing party who is programmed to say precisely the opposite of whatever I say. Should be able to get it done. Maybe. I hope.

Will find a hotel treadmill or bike later.
