Sorry, but the 25K has already sold out.

The 50K will probably sell out as well, but spots are still available at the moment.

Several on this forum are already signed up for this event.

We are proud to brag about the YUTC course, as you pass scenic water falls and lakes, an old mill, a log cabin, and you get to cross an historic covered bridge. The footing is more than 85% single track, with some pavement. Excellent aid about every 4 miles. Race is coordinated by Ultrarunners, for Ultrarunners. We get many grizzled, old vets returning every year, as well as first timers questioning what they got themselves into. There is an 8 hour cutoff, with an early start for trekkers.

For the men we plan to have Short Sleeve dark blue shirts from La Sportiva.
For the women we will have Long Sleeve silk weight Capilene from Patagonia, these are reddish in color and very nice.

This run is a party for all. We strive to be low key, but very well organized. $40 entry fee with great shirts, aid stations, and lots of food and drink afterward.

Looking forward to seeing some of you at Mill Creek Park.

Great day on Saturday.

Got to run with the moon at the start, then blue skies all day.

Shared trail with Shubi Goat for almost the whole 50K.

Also got to share a few miles with Mrs. Combs as she was undertaking her first ever 25K trail event. (RD's wife)

Didn't quite meet my goal time wise, but completed the distance and was done with 50K by noon, and got to run with friends.

Then made it home and worked on my deck in the afternoon, and then mowed the back yard in the evening.

Awesome feeling to be in shape.

Fitness is right where it needs to be with the Ring this weekend and then looking forward to Oil Creek 100 in October.

The YUTC course is in great shape and should stay that way right up to race day.

As always the anticipation leading up to an Ultra is a good feeling.

LT, thanks for your effort to lead a YUTC familiarization run next weekend.

Would like to fantasize that I could make your group run after the Ring, but I am going to be smart and keep it a fantasy while I am sleeping.

Instead of a TWOT loop, we are going to Bird Knob so Kimba can get a good look at that section of the MMT course.

Wrong Way Baker will be joining us for the tour, along with Q from VHTRC.

Should be a good afternoon on Friday to see some rocks.

Anticipating a good day at the Ring.

Am excited to run in VA.

I hope you all have a great day and no problems!
