What's the file?  I'm not about to let it come down.  This isn't a cookie, it's a file. (well, yeah, I know a cookie is a file too)

I am not aware of a downloaded file - I don't get any messages like that. 

I'm sorry I am just now replying to this - it's the first I've seen it.

It stopped requesting the download the same day.

 

I suspect (and I don't know) that advertisers are not exactly scrutinized, I'm thinking it's automated.  Advertisers sign up, upload their stuff, pay, and it's all automatic.  Correct me if I'm wrong.

 

And, one of those advertisers had a nice little package for people to download.  Perhaps a nice javascript, drive by thing.  I've seen it before on plenty of websites.

 

Hasn't happened since late Feb for me.
