So, I've finally got around to reading a review, to vote for the best of the 3 for that nice little contest, and I'm wondering about the "Was this review helpful?" question at the bottom of the review. Why is the only option "Yes" as an answer? What if it wasn't helpful? What if I want to select "No" as an answer? There's not a "No" button to select. This reminds me of phone surveys where the questions are phrased to get the response the surveyor wishes to hear.
I don't suppose it's a site issue so much as a wonder on my part. Without the "No" you can't see that, for example, 17 out of 20 people found this review helpful, vs. 2 out of 20 if that is how a review is perceived. Sometimes it's nice to sort reviews in order of helpfulness before you spend time reading them, and I'm just guessing that sorting in that way might be an option with this forum software. I haven't investigated whether it is or not.
