Wednesday, July 27 - WORKOUTS!

Good morning, TEAM LIT!

SB: Thanks for the reference. I will check it out, though I think I have already explored that, as I did some rough experimenting with antihistimines. I'll dig into this some more. Thanks!

Sparty: Feel better!!!

Busy here with doctor's appointments and trying to keep up with work...

2.4 mile walk early this morning.

Great day, friends!

1 hour on trainer riding emerald -3 on Trainer Road FIB 20 min on elliptical. Nothing again for me today. Preparing mentally for 18 mile run tomorrow. Luckily Jocelyn also has 18 on her schedule so I'll have company. Also good for me in that her regular pace is my Hz3/Lz4 pace which I need to run for some intervals during the run tomorrow.

MQ - you will gain mental strength by doing 18 under this summer heat! Good luck!

5miles. Very tired/drained feeling, I'm sure it's a direct result of blood donation a day after 4.5hr race. Plus a lot on my mind as DH's family is going through some ups and downs with Dad(FIL)'s conditions. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers. And I'm sending a gentle reminder to review/update your wills, health care directives, financials in order.

I went for 45mib strength class last night And totally destroyed me.

Thor-what I found interesting was the mechanisms how mast cell degranulation related to a variety of systems. I'm not sold on "MCAD/S" being the cause and the variety of drugs the "cure" but I was interested in mechanisms that tie a long set of anomalies together. That's why I suggested reading the book (and the internet ate my first 3 long suggestions)

Air quality here is bad right now, its sad to think that bad air are people's houses and hopes but its also just bad. I went out for a 3 mile walk came back after 1. If the wind turns around later I'll get a longer walk or swim in

I did end up with a lot of walking yesterday as the a/c repair on my car didn't' go quite right so I think that was 12 miles of walking (wind and air were better yesterday)
