Nov 14-15 weekend : workout

Thoughts are with people in Paris. Why, why...

3700yd swim with the team. That Was Hard, with 6x100 IM, sandwiched a bunch of 200's. With more consistent swimming of late, I was doing faster compared to my lane mates, so I lead most of the workout.
I was planning to volunteer at a new Mtb trail under construction but doing stuff with DD was taking longer... Oh well I got to take advantage of the time I can get with her.

Then 6 miles. Feet are a bit sore with 6 days running in a row.

Excited to see DD's show "Almost, Maine" in the evening!!

What a gorgeous fall day it was, here in Michigan. Hope the sun shined on you.

3hrs on trails with a bunch of GIRLBIKERS. Started at a brewery (of course), rode to Stony Creek Metropark single- & two-track, came down halfway to meet up with a big group to head to Bloomer Park - about 15 showed up! A trail coordinator, DH of one of the GB's, took us for a great tour. Rode back to brewery for a nice lunch!

Got out for ok runs both days. Four on Saturday and a nice nine today. Hit the right clothing both days. Just a tad cool, but doable.

sun - 3400yd Masters KICKED.MY.BUTT. So much for the run on the books, nope.

- If you think you can't, you're right.
- Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.
- REJOICE and Whine not! For today you are doing that which most only dream.
