20min walk on the TM. Hip has been achy the last few days so nothing fancy. Yoga yesterday.

Commute day for me ... 10+ in; 22+ home for 33 on day. Inbound felt slow (cyclometer needs battery) and I'm sure outbound will as well.

2400m before work. Motivated by the group workout last Sat and Monica's consistent work, I pushed myself not to do easy kicking /just swim aimlessly, but do intervals! M/S was 2 sets of {300 pull, 2x150, 2x75, 1x50} on top or bottom. Felt good!

And in the evening, a great group night ride in the Farm (nearby singletrack). The first time this year with lights on a trail, wow I forgot how much I love it!

Popping in to say HI and tell you that My MCM went well. I've been injured and sick pretty much since IMMT (hurt my legs hiking 2 weeks after) and then got bronchitis and a cold. But, I had a pretty good day, ran the first 1/2 with a friend then pushed a bit until about mile 22 when the wheels started to fall off.. At mile 24, they fell off and it was a bit of a struggle.

Nice day and had fun!

swam 2900M last night:

200 warm-up
4x75 build/drill/fast
4x50 fast/easy on 1:00
3x through:
- 200 HARD paddles only on 4:10
- 8x50 as 3 sprint/2 easy/3 sprint on 1:00/1:05/1:00
- 100 easy
100 easy c/d

For reference, I can't quite make those 1 minute 50's consistently. Yet. I think last night I made most of them with about 1 - 2 seconds of "rest". I also had new (bigger) paddles, so, ouch.

45 minutes of recovery type ride on trainer road. Some course that started with a C, maybe clark.

Watched N1 vs N2 for soccer last night. Last time since N1 graduates WPI this year. They both went in as subs at same time.
