I'll add a couple three miles of hiking with the puppy, and an adult beverage or two.

Sounds like all aspects are well covered!

Any falls, scratches, mosquito bites, Poison ivy , etc are covered by me - doing some trail run and singletrack riding!

Go Ronbo!!

Thank you Sparty! I need someone to cover cramps. I'm still struggling with this even tonight However, I'm going to have a great swim and bike and then I will run the best run this body can run!

Thanks for your support everyone, time for night night!

1:05 am Start time Chicago time, I was incorrect originally. We are 7 hours "ahead" of Chicago.

I hope to finish sub15 but at this point, I just want to finish so I will even let that go if need be!

Went to masters swim instead because I wanted to swim with other people. Pool workout so, you know, lots of kicking. Derp! 3575 yards...there was some confusion during the end of the last set and we did 75 instead of 125.

In the early afternoon:
90 minutes on the Kickr riding TR "glassy -2" (4x15min at 65-80% FTP, 5min recoveries)

51 mile ride (and some chores you're avoiding this weekend).

And cups of coffee to assist you with that early morning start and empathetic bladder relief....

Enjoy, Ron!

Proud of you buddy! It takes a lot of courage to train, and travel way out there to tackle that race. Enjoy your time and looking forward to hearing about.

I hiked 4 miles, and Sunday managed my first ride on actual roads in, um, almost two years. 11.5 miles of that.
