Busy so right to it for me...

4+ mile run early this very cold morning. Worked the hills.

4.5 mile lunch run with co-worker ... easy pace, but dead-ish legs. Nice to see a couple of other people out there though ... Spring definitely on the way.

Knocked out 3 miles or so at lunch. The temps were already in the mid 20s and should be mid 30s later today. There are some 50s on the 10 day forecast. Apparently we've lived through another winter. I'll be complaining about not being able to find shade and being too hot soon enough.

Good to see Kaiser's post a few days in a row!

12miles, of which 10miles at MP on a rolling course. With the dead tired legs and cold wind (windchill: low single digit), I barely managed to hit ave 8:45 pace. Was proud of my stubbornness to gut it out and get it done.
