Nothing for me. Another late'ish night that left me not wanting to get out of bed. I did commit to fill-in for injured runner for Mill City Relay run on Sunday. I have the 4.75 mile leg. I've never met any of these people before so I'm apprehensive like I usually am when I know no one.
Oh dear I fear it will be a nothing (but regular pt stuff) day for me. I did try the clamshells, I have a tilted pelvis but also a messed up tailbone (broke and reformed at a weird angle) so I am always looking for ways to strengthen without catching the hip on the tailbone, this could work!
I did clean my bike to get it ready for tomorrow but we have BF's family as guests and they keep interrupting my plans. I have to host the sea lions architecture group tonight so I think I will just have to miss out
Took a day off on this special day - my 48th B-Day so that I can volunteer at the kids school all morning (7am to 12:30pm), driving kids all over the world (total 5hrs drive - WTH - felt like I was working) for their activities. Between them I had a GREAT 6-mile run on my fav trail. I was expecting heavy-legged, uninspirational run after yesterday's MP run. Felt so refreshed and strong on hills (though at an easy pace). Came home only to find DD and her friend made a cute brownie birthday cupcakes. Hopefully DH and I can go out late night drink or something after picking up DD from her chamber performance. Another crazily running-around day
