I have been stuck on a plateau for 3 months. I just started doing Body Beast, a 5 day a week strength training program, something TOTALLY different that I have never done before. I also (per the program and research suggests this) have UPPED my calories to 1,400-1,500 per day. I have been at 1,200 for 16 months and supposedly that is too long to do that and you are supposed to change that every so often. So here goes. Let's see if this works. For this program, I am looking to gain muscle so I may actually gain weight. I am not concerned about the scale but focused on inches.
