I saw 231.6 today but when I went back it was gone. Somehow I got bloated drinking a 1/2 cup of coffee. Well, 232 is good enough!

- Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.
- REJOICE and Whine not! For today you are doing that which most only dream.

The last couple of weeks I have seen everything from 172.8 to 170.8. I'm okay with a 2lb swing, but I'd like my low to be the new high! Increasing mileage and trying to not overcompensate like I tend to do...

Yup. I get in a groove for a week or so and then wall off the wagon and let it run over me. LOL

I have been stuck on a plateau for 3 months. I just started doing Body Beast, a 5 day a week strength training program, something TOTALLY different that I have never done before. I also (per the program and research suggests this) have UPPED my calories to 1,400-1,500 per day. I have been at 1,200 for 16 months and supposedly that is too long to do that and you are supposed to change that every so often. So here goes. Let's see if this works. For this program, I am looking to gain muscle so I may actually gain weight. I am not concerned about the scale but focused on inches.

I'm at 169. Lowest in a long time and my legs are WAY bigger than they've been in years.. hills, hills, and more hills.
