I weighed myself on 12/31 and I was down 15 pounds for the year and maintained for Dec! However, there have been many more nights of wine since then so I am with MQ being a tad nervous if I went up a couple. Waiting until my usual Thursday weigh in. The good news is that when they come on fast like that, they usually come off pretty fast. My goal is 5 servings of fruits and veggies every day. So far I have had 3 today so on track!

I am motivating myself to eat cleaner just like you guys are! Recently read more about how the meats are prepared, etc.. and scaring beep out of me. So I can tell you less and less beef and port are going to be on our table (chicken too, but prob less affected). So more veggies! We eat lots of fruits here prob too much. More veggies! And I am trying to learn more different recipes with veggies, and beans.

You did just start strength training so it IS natural to go up a bit. See what it says next week

130.8 this morning. I'm feeling not nearly as demoralized as yesterday. I also opted out of the friday breakfast sandwich at the office and instead opted for fruit and the apple and hard boiled egg that I brought with me. It was a hard choice. Those Panera sandwiches looked awesome.
