Good morning, TEAM LIT!

Me...

4+ mile very slow and sluggish run early this morning. Glorious 57F with low humidity. Was a warming chilliness sans shirt! Just felt great to be out there.

Great day!

Catching up!

Thurs 48 miles on IMLP course - pulling cheryl at tempo was not smart for doing two loops
firday - 2.6 mile swim
Sat - 111 on the bike with cheryl, bonked hard - stupid nutrition - but did ok
Sun - Volunteer at IMLP and walk ALL day. walked about 5 miles on the run course at 11:00 looking for someone, but IM tracker was delayed and I screwed up reading it
Mon - Drive
Tues - Run 5
Wed - Swim 3k

5 weeks from CP Aquabike, should be fun

Collin Cowherd (ESPN): You can not solve stupid.

I see my sports massage therapist today for some fun and brutality.
After that DH and I are headed to the pool and then we'll follow that up with the ride we didn't get to last night.

Taking another DOR today. My back is feeling a little better and I'm hoping to get in my last super long ride tomorrow while the weather is good otherwise I'll be stuck inside on the trainer as t-storms are forecasted for Saturday. Today's scheduled long run will be moved to Sunday.

Hope everyone is having a great day!

Afternoon all!

Usual commute day for me (today and yesterday). Pretty brisk this morning - low-mid 19's. Made up for last night's homebound commute (mid-16's ... not sure why, just didn't feel esp. good physically - though seem fine today).

Quality time in the fish bowl today. Workout was
5 x 10 minutes swim w/ 1-2 min rest in-between as needed

A friend of mine sent me the link to this motivational video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wzhz...ature=youtu.be
Worth every 7 minutes to watch it. Made me want to do my race tomorrow!

I am back after a short break. Spent a week on vacation in Iceland where we had a good time and I got in moderate runs each day. Fun time.

Trying hard this week to get in decent runs since we have crazy good weather. Today was a loping 5 miles through the park.

I ended up with 8 x 2" hill repeats with Kitty, Scott and N1. We ran 15 minutes to warm up and about 10 minutes to cool down.

Just thought I would mention here that I also pulled Adam at tempo. But I will admit to enjoying being a wheel sucker for awhile. The wind that day worked up into something not at all pleasant. Also, the tempo was on my plan and I was glad to not have to do two loops that day. ALSO, was *SUPER* glad to have AdCo with me during the entire two loop ride.
