Good morning, TEAM LIT, and welcome to November!!!
November already? Crazy.
Busy for me so right to it...
4 mile run early this balmy morning.
Good day and weekend!
Happy November! Yikes...
I actually got out of bed this am and made it to 5:30 Masters class. Difficult workout of 25m repeats on a set sendoff and had to use fins the entire time to keep up but I did it and it was fun. 2300m total.
Happy Friday and happ November all!
KSurp: Happy Dance!
Tammy: When are they coming home?
Alicia: Keep being patient and working, it's paying off for sure!
Me: 3 mile walk.......day of rest. Heading to Beantown tonight for a Wedding celebration with my friend and her fiance, nice excuse for a date night on the town with my hubby. Yes, that is my idea of taper! LOL
Keep at it, Sparty!
Nice swim, ksurp!
Did my PT homework this morning & day 1 of a plank challenge.
Squeezed in a 3.2 mile run after the dog walk this evening. It meant I ate late, but it was worth it to get out.
The little bits of jogging yesterday left me extra wiped out. So just Normatec and a tiny bit of playing with the new TRX system that just arrived. While I don't need any more workout gear, the idea of a system where you are hanging onto something is extra appealing with the balance issues from lack of feeling. Plus, new gear is an energizing treat.
Survived my first "normal" work week since I ended up in the hospital in March. I've been back to 40 hour weeks since September, but this is the first week with only Tuesday working from home. One day at home has always been useful sure a lot of my work is writing, and an open studio isn't great for that.
